  2. Account data, such as bank account details, bank statements, credit card details, and payment information (such account data may also be collected directly by our affiliates and/or third-party payment service providers);
  3. Information about your orders, payments, and other products and services;
  4. Among the technical data collected by this Site are your IP address, login information, browser type and version, time zone setting and location, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform, international mobile equipment identifier, device identifier, IMEI, MAC address, cookies (if applicable), and other information and technology on your device;
  5. Your username and password, orders related to you, your interests, preferences, feedback and survey responses;
  6. This includes information about how you use the Site, products and Services, or view any content on the Site, including time spent on the Site, items and data you search for on the Site, access times and dates, and websites you visited before coming to the Site;

  5. The actual order details may be stored with us but cannot be retrieved directly by us for security reasons. You can access this information by logging into your account on the Site. You can view your completed orders, open orders, and those soon to be dispatched here. You can also manage your address details bank details (for refunds), and subscribe to any newsletters you may have subscribed to. It is your responsibility to keep the personal access data confidential and not make them available to anyone else without your permission. Password misuse is not our responsibility unless we are responsible.

Your Personal Information may also be used for other purposes.

It is possible to opt out of this at any time. Answers to surveys and opinion polls we may ask you to complete will not be disclosed to third parties. Competitions require you to disclose your email address. Email addresses are not stored with your survey answers.

  3. When you use our voice search function, we collect biometric data such as voice files and face recognition, as well as your facial features.
  4. Account information: bank account details, credit card details, and payment information (such information may also be collected directly by our affiliates or third-party payment service providers);
  5. Details about your orders, payments, clicks, and other details about products and services;
  6. Information on your device, such as your IP address, your login information, your browser type and version, your time zone setting and location, device information, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform, international mobile equipment identifier, device identifier, IMEI, MAC address, cookies, and other technology used to access the Site;
  7. Personal information, such as your username and password, account settings, orders related to you, user research, interests, preferences, feedback, and survey responses.

For the purpose of verifying the documentation you submitted to facilitate your onboarding as a seller on the Site, including testing technologies to make this process faster and more efficient.

In order to administer your account (if you have one);

To verify and execute financial transactions (including credit card payments, bank transfers, offline payments, remittances, or e-wallet transactions) related to payments related to you and/or the Services you use. Payment information, including personal data, will be transferred to third parties for the purpose of verifying and completing such payment transactions.

Assessment of your loan application and/or credit risk assessment of your seller financing application (where applicable);

To protect you against risks of failed deliveries or customer returns by providing ancillary logistics services; and

We reserve the right to charge a reasonable administrative fee for retrieving your personal data records where applicable data protection laws permit. Before processing your request, we will inform you of the fee.

Please contact our customer service if you wish to withdraw your consent to the continued use, disclosure, storage and/or processing of your personal data. Our internal deletion process ensures that your data is safely removed within fifteen (15) working days of receiving your request. Minors

  1. We do not sell products to minors, i.e. individuals under 18, and do not collect personal information about minors. You confirm and warrant that you are over 18 and capable of understanding and accepting the terms of this Privacy Policy.
  2. By allowing a minor to access the Site and purchase products from the Site using your account, you agree to the processing of the minor’s personal data and to be bound by this Privacy Policy.
  3. Any unauthorized use of your account on the Site by you, users acting on your behalf, or any other unauthorized users will not be our responsibility. In order to prevent any misuse of the Site, you must make your own informed decisions about its use.
