Product Returns and Refunds

Daad offers product returns on all eligible items within thirty (30) days of receiving your shipment. Still, a claim for product damage or non-quality compliance must be filed within seven days of receiving your shipment. There is a note on the product page if the product is not eligible to be returned or exchanged.
Returns of non-returnable products are not permitted under any circumstances. Returns will not be accepted until the customer has been notified that it is accepted for the return.
Depending on your location, it may take up to one or four weeks (including international return) for a product to reach us where returned products are inspected within two (2) business days after they reach our fulfillment center. It may take up to seven (7) to fourteen (14) business days for your credit card or bank account to be credited with the refund after the return is processed. Refunds are subject to the product’s condition.
All physical products are eligible for quality issues and damage. Products eligible for returns will only be accepted under the following conditions:

Electronics and Mobiles
1. The product must be returned unopened with the original packaging and sealed.
2. In cases where the product was used, the original box was opened, or the seal was removed, we will decline the refund and return the product to you on your shipping cost.
3. If there is a manufacturing defect and the product is not working, it must be returned with the original box, information booklet, and all accessories.
4. Daad has the right to determine if the item is to be repaired, returned to the customer or refunded.
Home & Kitchen
1. Large home appliances and Furniture are only eligible for return if the vendor mentioned in the note.
2. The return of home decor products is only accepted if they are unopened, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
3. Unwrapped bedding products will not be accepted for return and refund.
4. Products that have been used, altered, assembled, or installed will not be accepted unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Beauty and Health
1. The return of personal and hair care products, vitamins, dietary supplements, and sports nutrition products is not allowed.
2. Opened or used beauty (cosmetics, skin care, etc.), fragrances, and health products will not be accepted.
Books
1. Books that are eligible for return will only be accepted if they are unopened, not torn, or damaged, and in their original condition.
Fashion
1. Apparels such as underwear, lingerie, swimwear, bra, leggings, socks & tights are not eligible for return.
2. Apparel products are eligible for return only if they are unworn, unused, unwashed, or undamaged, with all their tags and labels completely intact along with original packaging.
3. Watches, eyewear, Footwear, bags & luggage must be returned in their original packaging with all tags completely intact.

Sports & Outdoors
1. A product can only be returned if it has not been used and is in its original packaging.

Baby Products
1. Feeding & training accessories, hygiene-related products, diapers, nappies and accessories, bath care, and medical treatment products are not eligible for return.
2. Products eligible for return must be returned with the original packaging, sealed, and unopened.

Toys & Games
1. Dressing-up costumes are non-returnable.
2. No returns will be accepted for games or toys that have been used, activated, or have missing parts.

Grocery
1. Grocery items are non-returnable.

Automotive
1. The product must be returned with the original packaging, unopened and sealed.
2. Unless there is a manufacturing defect in the product, we will decline a refund for used products or for products whose original packaging has been opened or whose seal has been removed.
3. It is also necessary to return the original box, information booklet, and all other accessories if the product is not working due to a manufacturing defect.

Tools & Home Improvement
1. The item must be returned in its original condition, including all original packaging and materials (manuals, accessories, etc.)
2. Any item that is used or damaged will not be accepted for return.

Pet Supplies
1. Those products that are eligible for a return, unused, and in their original packaging can be returned. The item must be in the same condition as when it was received by the customer.
2. Snacks, foods and supplements cannot be returned.

Stationery & Office Supplies
1. The item must be returned in its original condition as received, including all original packaging and materials (manuals, accessories, etc.)
2. Any item which is damaged or used will not be accepted in return.

General terms that apply to all returns
If an item(s) is sent back by a customer after purchase but does not meet the guidelines or conditions related to returns (“Rejected Item”), Daad reserves the right to decline it. A refund will not be provided for rejected items. In the event that a returned item is deemed to be a Rejected Item, the customer will be charged a shipping charge for sending it back, and we will make two (2) attempts to deliver the Rejected Item(s) back to the customer. In case both attempts of delivery are unsuccessful, we will only hold the Rejected Item(s) for three (3) business days. The customer can raise a request for the Rejected Item(s) to be delivered to them with our customer care team (or return/refund representative) within seven (7) business days of the last notified delivery attempt.

The rejected item(s) will be disposed of and Daad will not be obligated to provide a refund if the customer does not respond to these reminders or does not want to receive the product(s).
Disputes and Disclaimers
Any dispute or claim between you and Daad store relating to your purchase, import, or use of international products is subject to the disputes, applicable law and disclaimer of warranties, and limitation of liability in the condition of use.

Updates
You will be bound by the terms & conditions, policies, and conditions of sale in effect when you make an international purchase. We reserve the right to change its terms & conditions, policies, and sales conditions at any time by posting the changes. The validity and enforceability of the remaining conditions will not be impacted if any of these conditions of sale are found invalid, void, or otherwise unenforceable.

Refund Policy

Refunds are available to DAAD customers who have problems with the order, Product, or Package. A refund will be processed within 24 hours of receiving the request. DAAD is committed to providing the best possible service to its customers. Therefore, please view the following content to solve the return and refund issue better.

What and How do refund?

What you need to provide:
A. Pictures/videos or sometimes both of the damaged items. Please send us the materials to prove the damage.
B. In the event of a dispute, screenshots of the content, the name, and the date of the dispute. Customer complaints/disputes may be raised through email at care@anserdaad.com
C. The tracking number of the Item (optional). When DAAD requests the return of an item, you must send the tracking number to prove that you returned it.

Here’s how to do it:
A. Contact DAAD customer care service at the Account support Rep in the dashboard.
B. Send photos/videos of the damaged Product and screenshots of the dispute.

Please note:
Refunds will be made to the original payment method (PayPal or credit card or bank account). Or it will be refunded to your account balance.
It is recommended to refund the money to your balance for faster processing. Your balance can be used to pay for new orders or withdraw whenever you like.

Cases that DAAD make refunds.

1) Damaged Products.
DAAD offers a full refund or replacement if the product arrives damaged.

2) Incorrect or Missing Products
DAAD maintains a strict quality control standard. All products are checked before shipping. We offer a full refund or replacement if any of the following conditions exist;
· Incorrect Product
· Product with the wrong color, size, etc
· Product with a missing component

Please note that:
Sometimes, the incorrect Product does not have to be returned. A refund or reshipment will be provided.
Please send photos of the measurement if you need clarification on the size. Be sure to measure the Item correctly. You can send the result to our customer service, and we will deal with it ASAP.

3) Products Out of Stock
If the Product is out of stock, DAAD offers a full refund. We will notify you before refunding or replacing the Product.

4) Products Unable to Ship
If the Product cannot be shipped, DAAD offers a full refund. Due to the limited transportation, some products do not have proper shipping options, We will notify you in time and refund you.

5) Delayed Orders
DAAD offers a full refund when an order is delayed. Packages will be counted from the date that they leave the warehouse.
· In normal circumstances, more than 30 days.
· In the busy season, more than 40 days, such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas, etc.
There may be exceptions due to unforeseen circumstances, such as epidemics. You will receive a notification by email and text message if such an exception occurs.

Please note that:
In the case of pending deliveries, such as an incorrect address, an unclaimed package, an inability to contact the customer, etc., DAAD will not refund the order.

6) Cancel Orders
DAAD offers a full refund if the order is canceled before the Product has been shipped. However, we will not offer a refund if the following conditions are met:
· POD order. We will not refund you for the Product is customized.

7)Missing Packages
DAAD offers a full refund if the Package is missing during delivery.

8) Other Conditions
DAAD offers a warranty for all products, as per the manufacturer/Seller mentioned with product details.

Cases that DAAD do not make refunds (Section A).

1) Order Delivered
DAAD will not offer a refund or resend if the tracking info shows’ order delivered.’

2) Package Unclaimed
If the Package is unclaimed, it will be destroyed by the local carrier within 48 hours.
3) Tracking Information Alert
DAAD will not offer a refund or resend if the tracking info alerts. Possible reasons include:
Incorrect/insufficient Address
· Refused Package
· Customs Clearance
· Non-Existing Number
· Unknown Recipient

Explanation
1) Expiration Date of Raising Dispute
A dispute can be raised within 30 days of placing an order.
Take note of the following:
In the event that you do not respond within 3 consecutive days, the dispute will be closed automatically.

Cases that DAAD do not make refunds (Section B).

2)Dispute Denied
The following disputes will be denied.
a) Closed Orders.
DAAD will deny your dispute if the order status is closed.
b) Ambiguous information where No tracking information is available.
DAAD will deny your dispute if the tracking info expires. In general, the post office keeps tracking information for 180 days.
C) Shipping Option
DAAD if selected pickup or self-visit to Daad Store/centers.
d) Destination

The DAAD is not available in areas where courier services cannot be obtained or where you have given another address where the parcel has not been delivered. 
e) Force Majeure
DAAD will not accept any dispute for damage or shipping delays due to an act of God, epidemic situation, international situation, strike, war, earthquake, flood, virus, storm, heavy snow, or customs inspection.
f) Others
DAAD will deny the disputes caused by the following reasons, including but not limited to:
a. The customer doesn’t like the Product.
b. The Item does not match the listing description, such as incorrect measurements.
c. The Product smells strange.

  1. The shipping address was provided incorrectly.
  2. Product change was negotiated in advance.
  3. Tracking information deleted by logistics companies or local post offices.

3) Return
DAAD delivers your products free of cost and DAAD does not suggest you return products. This is because shipping costs are high, sometimes even greater than the product value. Additionally, the Package takes months to deliver, which affects the processing time.
The following aspects should be considered if you decide to return the Product:
Returns must be made within ten days of receipt.
· The Product is in good condition and doesn’t affect secondary sales.
· Shipping costs are your responsibility.
DAAD only permits you to return the Product to given addresses /warehouses.
If you’ve returned the Product, please send the tracking number to our customer service.
